* Maiden class is for beginning rider or beginning horse that have not received a blue ribbon in previous competition.

ENTRIES: $25 per dressage class which includes official transfer of points to OVCTA, FCDA, or any other organization. Entries close Saturday before each show: May 3, June 14 and September 13. Entry must include correctly completed entry form, negative Coggins test, and payment in full (check payable to Passport Farms). Full refunds before closing date; refunds after closing date subject to $10.00 handling charge with VMD or MD certificate only.

LATE POLICY: Any entry postmarked after the closing date will have an added $10 late fee. Late fee plus completed entry must be delivered to show manager before the date of the show. If the manager receives an entry after the closing date without a late fee (this includes emailed or faxed entries), the exhibitor will be required to pay the late fee before competing.

STARTING TIMES: Available from Passport Farms on Thursday before the show (May 8, June 19, and September 18) on our website www.passportfarms-pa.com, www.ovcta.org or www.frenchcreekdressage.org or call 484/942-5767 from 6:00-8:00 PM those evenings. If your email address is included in your entry, starting times will be sent via email.

AWARDS: Six ribbons for each class and special awards for highest Dressage score and Reserve score for each show. Personalized cooler is awarded for best average dressage score from show series. Personalized saddle pad is awarded to reserve rider in dressage. Rider and horse must attend at least two shows to be eligible for award; walk-trot classes are excluded from consideration. Best score per show will count towards award.

ARENAS AND WARM UP: All dressage classes will be held outside in a sand-screenings arena and warm up will be held indoors on perma-flex.

VOLUNTEERS: Regardless of volunteer≈fs club affiliation, volunteer positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Volunteer hours (minimum 4 hour shift) will be reported directly to the organization with whom the volunteer is affiliated. Volunteers have the option of receiving a $5.00 voucher/4 hour shift to be used in a future Passport show.

DIRECTIONS:
From Reading: 422 East to Gibralter Rd. in Exeter (Burger King on near right; Exxon/Turkey Hill on near left); left at this stoplight to stop sign and take left on Shelbourne Rd. Follow Shelbourne Road to intersection with Rte. 562 (National Penn Bank on far left) and go straight through this intersection. You are now on the Oley Tpk. Rd. Passport Farms is four miles on the right hand side. Parking for trailers is the next entrance on the right after the main farm driveway (with Passport Farms sign) and just past the indoor arena. A sign indicating trailer parking will be there.

From Pottstown/Chester County: 422 West into Douglassville. Take Rte. 662 north approximately five miles to intersection with Rte 562 (Yellow House Hotel on near left). Continue north on 662 through Yellow House traffic light. Oley Turnpike Rd. is approximately 2 miles further north (Look for sign on left for Oley Tpk. Dairy). Take a left onto the Oley Turnpike; sign for trailer parking is at first farm entrance on the left, before the indoor arena.
