General Show Information
Pre-entries by Friday are $15; post entries are $18.
1.Passport Farms, its owners, employees, etc. will not be responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, horse/pony or property of
exhibitor or spectator incurred on or off the show grounds.
2. Passport Farms reserves the right to cancel, combine or otherwise alter classes as entries dictate.
3. No martingales under saddle.
4. Schooling in ring available 7:00 AM-7:45 AM and as indicated in schedule. Schooling breaks are ten minutes only; there will be a warm up ring available.
5. Refreshments will be available on the grounds.
6. All dogs must be leashed.
7. Six ribbons will be awarded in each class; ?Champion and Reserve ribbons in each division. Prize awarded to high point rider each show; cooler awarded to series top rider, saddle pad to series reserve rider. A current negative Coggins is required. ASTM-SEI helmets with harnesses are required for all.
8. Fence heights are approximate.
9. The decision of the judge is final.

Directions: From Reading - 422 East to Gibralter Rd. in Exeter (Burger King on near right; Exxon/Turkey Hill on near left); left at this stoplight to stop sign and take left on Shelbourne Rd. Follow Shelbourne Road to intersection with Rte. 562 (National Penn Bank on far left) and go straight through this intersection. You are now on the Oley Tpk. Rd. Passport Farms is four miles on the right hand side. Parking for trailers is the next entrance on the right after the main farm driveway (with Passport Farms sign) and just past the indoor arena. A sign indicating trailer parking will be there.
From Pottstown/Chester County: 422 West into Douglassville. Take Rte. 662 north approximately five miles to intersection with Rte 562 (Yellow House Hotel on near left). Continue north on 662 through Yellow House traffic light. Oley Turnpike Rd. is approximately 2 miles further north (Look for sign on left for Oley Tpk. Dairy). Take a left onto the Oley Turnpike; sign for trailer parking is at first farm entrance on the left, before the indoor arena.
